(One of my less temperate moments. Note to self: don't answer posts till I slam down that first morning cup of coffee).
To make amends, I'll answer Romel's pointed questions:
I have to have the Type-21 completed and in the water by October as it's for a pal who will be attending the big North Carolina 'Fleet-Run' event.
The little Chinese FBM model. It's one of my personal projects, so it's way back in the pecking order -- maybe have it done this time next year.

The object of a good, well planned life is to work hard, gather and store your nuts (the eating kind... moron!), and enjoy them when all the heavy lifting is done. Work hard (and smart) and you will (hopefully) be rewarded with a happy and rewarding retirement.
Was it John Wayne who said, "Life is hard. It's harder if your stupid!"
Tend to your garden and it will serve you well.

What's disturbing?
Don't you use hemostats and repurposed blood centrifuges which ARE medical equipments when working with your boats?
Just pointing out these can be used a sculpting tool like those in the last photo.Last edited by redboat219; 08-13-2024, 10:12 PM.Make it simple, make strong, make it work!Comment
