Sounds like it may have a lot of water, plan for a method and direction to drain the water when finished.

If shipped successfully I will turn the second hull one into a static model to keep me, us guys occupied. This is Exciting! Will ship asap to you after receiving your address. Maybe tomorrow. I will then be focusing back on the Suffern SNA (SSN) in 1/64.
In my research the props for CB are bronze, not steel (like Germany then). The Mickey Mouse ears 3 blade pattern, on model the diameter would be 1 inch to 1.125 inch diameter. The stern planes will need to be made and they show generous surface area so it will be a 'handy turning boat'. This hull printing already has the holes included for you for pivot points and control push rods.
Its interesting The Caponi aircraft company made about 22 of these and orders for another 32 never completed. Reminded me of Lockheed being prime contractor for the DSRV's.
. One CB even sank a Russian submarine in the Black Sea in their siege of Sevastopol. It was the only time the German Kriegsmarine (Adm Reider) requested Italian Navy assistance in stopping Russian supplies to the Crimea. The 6 CBs sent there to Black Sea were CB 1-6 and were transported to Crimea via rail car. The subs weighed about 45 tons. Do i hear my name?, right now i'm grinding my teeth on the XXI, a CB will be another story, my biggest problem is, stuffed my last receiver in the XXI, so i'm running out off options, unless somebody has some SLA 8 collecting dust.

I am going to paint her I think in a stripe camouflage like evidence shows in some photos. I will use Rustolium colors (I like
rattle cans even though I have a good air brush, but Rustomium is more durable). Here are the colors I am guessing best, a
forest green for water line down, and the gray and gray blue. Ciao! LOL

Used a UV pen to fix the cracks in my SD.

Mail is send, did pretty much the same trick on some cracks in the hatches of my type VII, only used some 2K epoxyglue to fill them up.
