Good, solid work there, but a bit too Rube Goldbergish for my taste; a simple two-yoke arrangement would have kept that linkage simple. Even in a tight pool, that SKIPJACK will turn just fine with the scale rudders.

Any foam mounted above water line lowered so that it is situated below waterline. add more fixed ballast weight and compensate with additional foam as required.
