I need to apply rtv to secure the cylinder into the resin bulkhead channel, how can I do that? Somehow put rtv into the channel then press cylinder into...

Update, ESC is working, had not stripped power in wires long enough to power block... now, all electronics working, all fits nicely inside the 70MM tube....

As I think I mentioned, I wanted to design a miter box to cut tubes. It has default 70MM, and has 18MM and 60MM inserts that screw in to threaded inserts....

Cool!, yeah I went to plan "B", took pump apart, cut nipples shorter, epoxied fish aquarium elbows after resizing pump nipples.....
