Silo's are virticle, just like at the barn. Watertite hangers would be a more appropriate. Just like the WWII IJN boats. My guess is they were temporary covers over the doors to keep from prying eyes during the commission cerimoney, since the junk topside the tower is bagged as well. That boat was big time classified at the time.Comment
