Notice that the stern planes (and rudder?) have a helical twist to them to recover some of the propeller swirl energy.

I saw the MARSOPA and her sister ships (DELFIN, TONINA and NARVAL) some times at their base in Cartagena (Mediterranean Sea) and sailing in that waters. I personally know three of their commanders. They all were DAPHNÉ CLASS (Spanish Navy classified them under that denomination) built in Spain under license and following the french project of their own DAPHNÉS. They all (french and spanish) are the same class. May be different flooding grooves pattern, but the same subs built for two different countries.Comment

I see the obvious Twin torpedo tubes at the very rear but there are what look like two more a little more forward but they look small(Decoy launchers??)IT TAKES GREAT INTELLIGENCE TO FAKE SUCH STUPIDITY!Comment

No, they're also torpedo tubes. These class of sub had twelve tubes: eight forward and these two pairs coupled astern, two on sides and two on the very stern. The total number of torpedoes was also twelve, so there was only one torp for each tube and no reloads. At least, that was the info available when they where on duty.Comment
