Thanks Gary!
Little more done. Put weathering on door and hatch plus ware on wood on the step.
Here is a look at top stair.
Some side "thingies" that look like toilets to me. These are visible in some pictures, so I will put them in. Anyone know what they are?
See on each side "Eau De Toilette"

Reason: spelling
If you can cut, drill, saw, hit things and swear a lot, you're well on the way to building a working model sub.
Excellent Tom!, i see that you've decided to make the extra step of detailing the tower, as for the toilets, no idea what the purpose is, but knowing the germans, it has to be a practical something.
Put in the biggest pieces and nowI need to add antennas and other breakable pieces.
Here is where it is at.
And got the LEDs installed for the Port and Starboard navigation lights.

I'm guessing those "toilets" might be access and inspection for the nav lights since they are connected to the nav light channels. Very nicely done model, it gives me something to shoot for Sir!
Ah, you swallowed the blue pil after all, didn't you?, excellent, hiding those led wires behind those storage doors, just stay aware of hidden airpockets, either glue them tight or make a sort of venthole.
The suggestion Andy made, makes sence, i'll buy that, unless we can get hold of some detailed drawings.
Very Nice there Sir! I see that you just cant leave that boat alone. It wont be long before Dave tells you "ENOUGH ALREADY" and to get started on the next project.
IT TAKES GREAT INTELLIGENCE TO FAKE SUCH STUPIDITY!
Thanks guys, I really appreciate the kind words.
Manfred, I hid openings, which I totally forgot to document, to allow air and water to travel. The area I did forget was the light housing itself, not sure whether to leave the lens off or on.

I need help. Where can I get a set of clear plans for the Type XXIIII?
Mark one time said he was looking over my shoulder, but I am looking over others. One site I went to is this one: http://www.modellboard.net/index.php...&topic=44688.0 They are using some plans to go from. I found these photos from another WIP, unfortunately did not keep the link.
Anyone have a clear copy? The photo looking down, on the directional radar it looks like the white light is attached to the top of it. Then there is a build that put it on the periscope, see here:
Where did he get that information?

I think that blue pil got you in overload, but to relieve your pain, first, that light against the peroscope protector is a signal light, used to communicate between boats at radio silence, the other white toplight on the scope will be most unlikely, how do you get this thing off during a crashdive, they did use them during transition, but not during patrols, this was common for all type of Uboats
To create the toplight during patrol they got a small light present inside the base of the peroscope, which gave the same result through the sight on top, much easier during a crashdive, clever guys, those Germans.
A picture of that signal light against the peroscope protector of a type VII, basically it's the same item as on the type XXIII.
