Mark,
Congratulations for hitting the 100th page mark! Thank you for continuing to challenge us and sharing great reference photos!
Peace,
TomIf you can cut, drill, saw, hit things and swear a lot, you're well on the way to building a working model sub.Comment

Yeah, how far do you think Mike will let it go before he makes us start over. A Post may have its storage limits. I dont know.IT TAKES GREAT INTELLIGENCE TO FAKE SUCH STUPIDITY!Comment

Just guessing, but I would say Mike's heart for this hobby/industry is there for the long term. Hard drive space is cheap (relatively speaking) and offering what you do drives people here.If you can cut, drill, saw, hit things and swear a lot, you're well on the way to building a working model sub.Comment

I hope so he has the best sub forum out there in my opinion, and some of the best people posting info. The atmosphere is more friendly here than anywhere else both Mark and Tom have helped me through various aspects of posting etc and this place makes me want to post a build thread here.Just a thought,Peter.Comment

Mark there are a lot of cracking pictures on that site, thank you for the link. Have been playing around with an idea for a thread will mull it over and will PM you about it. Haven't given up on my HMS Vengeance thread but have got a lot going on at moment so have not been near it may also have another project in the wings.

The bow light housing looks like it serves multiple purposes besides a flag staff. The streamlined teardrop antenna on top of the left boat looks alot like an ADF on and airplane, possibly small radar. The boat on the right has a weather cover with the logo of the boat on it, I immagine, so whatever else it does is sensitive, one way or the other. Squirrils have a way of stashing sensitive things about the boats. The bow lines on both boats look like there comming out from the base, like the winch and stowage is below.Comment
