I purchased the Dual shaft, hoping to leave the Gearbox in place, and if I build a dual prop sub can use this SubDriver in it as well

That's a great idea! Then I guess all you need to do is fabricate another gear box for the new boat. I do the same thing with most of my single prop boats.

        Your build is looking good!

Cylinder is pressure proof and operational as are the linkages. My cat grabbed the upper hull and the navigation lights wires and separated the sail...... also, I drilled a hole in the bow end cap and miscalculated its position so the end cap warped when tightened down so reaching out to Bob about getting a new end cap. I repurposed old end cap which works perfect, will need to add a servo for bow dive planes. Next I will now start the trimming process.

Added a magnetic switch between the battery and Remote Control so Remote Control will not drain the battery

Initial submerged trim good results, she is stable and level, next step will be adding floatation foam. 7" ballast tank seems perfect, thanks Jason & Bob.

Surface Trim is good, will adjust foam vertically to dial submerged trim.

OK! She did well surfaced, turn was successful! That was my biggest concern if she would turn in my 14' wide pool. The larger rudder worked, no extension needed. The submerged trim needs more foam above the waterline. Video link below:
