Dave, I’m always afraid of putting stress on the entrance/exit of the servo linkage while bending them, causing damage to the gasket. I use another pair of holders on the exit to ensure I don’t. You make it look easy and unnecessary. Also, I’ve never seen you slip that cut out WTC on when you bend the linkage. That’s a new one on me.Last edited by Das Boot; 06-26-2025, 04:24 AM.“Of the 40,000 men who served on German submarines, 30,000 never returned.”Comment

Though I'm long out of production-mode of WTC assembly, I still break out the relevant tooling, jigs. fixtures and documents (not lost in the flood) when the need arises.

Good range of (rotational) motion, marginal anti-back-lash. But good enough for us. Chosen because I'm from the school of, 'don't permit perfection to become the death of accomplishment'. If it works, don't fix it.Who is John Galt?👍 1Comment
