    Good range of (rotational) motion, marginal anti-back-lash. But good enough for us. Chosen because I'm from the school of, 'don't permit perfection to become the death of accomplishment'. If it works, don't fix it.

    I have the complete range (diameter) of those 'linkage/pushrod integrating jigs' but this appears to be the first picture I've posted of one being used.

    Though I'm long out of production-mode of WTC assembly, I still break out the relevant tooling, jigs. fixtures and documents (not lost in the flood) when the need arises.

    What was once a business is now again a hobby.
