Changed the layout of the floodholes around the fwd diveplanes to match the original. They are not symmetric on port and starbord, something the original builder of my model did not notice. I presume the anchor housing made the change necessary.

Started marking the floodholes on the lower hull. On the real boats, most of them were of a rather narrow grill-like design, however i am going to make from a base pattern of 3 horizontal slits on a 1x1 cm square that give my a moderate scale look. Vertical columns didn't look nice once done for testing.

Working on both sides of the stern. Glass plates of 3mm thickness each were stacked for each new group of floodholes, the Proxon was eqipped with a 2mm cylinder bit horizontally mounted and i only shifted the base of the mount on the dead-flat glass plate, producing sharp edges and a level pattern:

On the upper hull, i had some isdues with the sternward blastshields. As said, there are some inaccuracies with the hull geometry. Actually, the sternward "exhaust" doors of the launcher tubes need to have a round inward courve instead of beeing flat and the blastshields heve got an elevated rim at the outline rising above the deck. Yet the model does not have enough space between those blastshields and the next pair, stepped a bit higher to the bow. In the end, i decided to grind the tubedoors round and cut out a small recess into each blastshield to avoid the flat look. A flat rim from 2mm ABS strip will complete the work in the future.
