Amazing work. The many hours put into the CAD model really shows. Can’t wait to see more.

    DrSchmidt!

Not only is your CAD work total perfection! Your 3D Printing is superb! With all the detail in your project your supports would have to be right on the mark. May I ask what 3D Printer and the slicing software you are using? Amazing work you are doing. Tom asked a great question! It must take you hours to figure out the orientation on the print bed!? Very impressed with your work!!!

How are you orienting these on the print bed? I would be interested in seeing how you did you supports.

You can get good information in the German Wikipedia artoicle about the G/7 torpedo (Google translate), The imerial navy actually developed the G/7 that was then adopted and improved for the Nazis. So you are fine with early, steam-powered G/7s....

    Exceptional work Herr Doktor...
your torpedo tube detail is incredible.

Have you got a CAD Model of a World War One German torpedo for my SM U-23?

Progress on the interior design for my 1:35 Bronco Type XXIII. Batteries done and roughly positioned in the battery room. Still lots to do till I start printing the real thing. As especially the plumbing is dependent on every room, I decideded to get the CAD model 99% done befor converting this thing into reality. Well, meanwhile I prep my RC subs and work on a Millennium Falcon diorama ;-)
