David, I was transferring it to my “Travel Stand” preparing to go home tomorrow, sat it on my bar at pool..... gust of ocean wind blew it off the bar.... 5’ to pavement....... I will let you know, thanks David. Good news is that the teflon tape seemed to work, will better check for Cylinder crack across the O Ring when get to home base. I think the Cylinder is not damaged, it landed on the prop, as it no longer has a point, lol. Will have to figure out how to reattach the tail. All in all, could have been worse.

                Ouch, sorry that happened.
If you can cut, drill, saw, hit things and swear a lot, you're well on the way to building a working model sub.

This happens to us all, as for fixing this, take some small copper strips to get the broken part in line to the hull, fixade the strips with some machinescrews, take some glasscloth and epoxy resin to reinforce it from within.
Repare the crack and holes from the machinescrews at the outside with 2K bondo, recribe the lines and you are back in business.
Inspect your SD from all sides, lexan doesn't like hard hits, use a one light source like a flashlight, this will reveill if there are cracks near the ends.

                    Manfred.
