Romel,
Do not know how you find such great submarine subject matter, but this YouTube and all the others on the Holland are fantastic! The subject matter ties right into what Andreas's model and all the interior work that he is doing. To see his interior work and then to see it actually in operation is really great!

That's a great find. I followed his previous movies on the Holland. He's detailing his model while he 's making his YouTube videos. I wonder where he gets all this detailed info about Holland's operation and procedures. But there must have been quite some research involved.Comment

Great progress! Here's another 3D model of the (US version) of the Holland a year before the Navy accepted her:

I plan to give these to Holland Club awardees in our SubVets group at our annual awards ceremony.Comment

I'm further refining the internal structures of the Holland 1. I added the main ballast tank and redesigned some bulkheads. Difficult, as I don't have a tank plan for the Holland, an the Lambert plans don't have enough detail for a perfect reconstruction.....

More tanks and bottles...and the batteries. The batteries were packed in wooden boxes, so in the picture one only sees these wooden boards, In case of a build, I'll have to cut a bit of the superstructure to make the at least some batteries visible....

Hey Doc, do you design your own 3-D CAD files? I’m too lazy to go back and try to find the answer. Anyway, looking forward to the beginning of this build.Of the approximately 40,000 men who served on U-boats in WWII, it is estimated that around 28,000 to 30,000 lost their lives.Comment

I may be too old to start to learn a new field of endeavor, but would you share the 3D CAD software you are using? And also, your go to Resin printer you like to use.
Thank you,
Rob
