"Clean Sweep" broom on the North Carolina. In WWII it meant they used up all the torpedoes and sunk all the ships they engaged on patrol. I don't think they expended all their torpedoes, but might have simulated "hit" all their targets on the range during the exercise.Leave a comment:

If you are referring to the round flat platform, Its not fotoshopped. Its a hard point for a module. That pic was taken during seatrials of the Mistah Kahata, its for various applications of NSW pods like SDVs and such. Cant say more about itLeave a comment:
