Well then..............HMS Sidon was a victim of her own torpedo. It was Hydrogen Peroxide powered and that fuel Exploded(same as the KURSK), killing everyone in the Torp room along with others. The above posted picture was taken as it was happening and beginning to sink. Here is a link to an article on it. Very informative. Apparently, the medical officer, in the white shirt with his back to the camera, was killed a few moments after this picture was taken.

Seems I read about that incident somewhere. Several subs and u boats have been hit with their own torpedo. Mostly homing torpedoes, but some were programmed to zig zag search patterns managed to swing back on course with the boat.
