Really Nice looking! Is that a JR radio or a WFLY? I noticed in the first picture that your stick on lead weight is being run radially up the sides. May I suggest that you put it all directly on the keel of the boat so that you will have maximum stability, especially in the turns. If its All as low in the hull as it can go then you will have the maximum meticentric height(as Dave would say). I would peel off all the tape that comes on them and stick it down with clear silicone seal after sanding the plastic where it will go. Just a suggestion.
IT TAKES GREAT INTELLIGENCE TO FAKE SUCH STUPIDITY!

Looking good, Sonar Tech! Do what Mark said about those weights. Detail where the water is coming in there with the SD -- I don't like that. Is it coming up through the top of the safety float-valve?

Not sure where it is coming in . less than a quarter teaspoon in about 20 mins . I also roll the boat over more than I should have. that probably did not help

Looks good on the water. Well done sir.
If you can cut, drill, saw, hit things and swear a lot, you're well on the way to building a working model sub.

Yeah! If you had read the SAS document you would have learned that you DO NOT roll the submerged SD!

That's likely what happened: the snorkel and safety float-valves unseated when upside down, providing a straight flooding path through the induction plumbing, right into the after dry space. Dumb-ass!!

Well, if this helps ease the pain I caused you, take some comfort in this: I just spilled a substantial amount of molten solder onto my crotch this morning. Should have been rolling tape on that maneuver!

Yea I remembered too late about rolling and was trying to get out air bubbles. I am pretty sure that was the cause due to having no leaks all the prior times I have had it in the water trimming, I did the read the direction months ago should have review them duh!

Very good. The long remembered lessons are the ones accompanied by flooding and burns. (and that's what makes me such a smart sonofa*****!)

We want to see some footage of this beast running on AND under the water! What's he hold up??

You're in the area. We have an invite to run our boats at the big lap pool at the Jewish Community Center on the 10th. Bring your boat along and join the party. It's right off 264 at Wichduck.
