Not a submarine but thought you might be interested, Shadomobile on the rolling road set at Andercon. Fully RC, sound system, Duralium trailing arm suspension. From the same show as the Skydiver

I Love them. Its funny. In the show they were almost always used at night, I guess to keep from being seen. Anyway, the sound effects of there engines were of a really loud truck engine shifting thru the gears. I thought that because of there tracks, they should have the tanks characteristic "clanking and squeeling"noises but should have been powered by something more...............space aged.............like a turbine engines whine or something like that. I guess since "SHADO" was always fighting with "Henderson" about cost over runs, I guess "Straker" opted for something more conventional to power his "Mobiles".
IT TAKES GREAT INTELLIGENCE TO FAKE SUCH STUPIDITY!

Whats a Pershing? To Americans, Pershing was a general that one of there tanks was named after in the later days of WW2.

I loved how the miniature would occasionally belch black smoke from the stack as it supposedly went through the gears.

Am new to the group but just wanted to say that this is the first thread I've read closely and the build is just magnificent!
Am so impressed by those who can scratch build and this is certainly one of the best I've seen!
Congrats! Would love to see pics of her during her sea trials.

Painting has begun, Ford Oyster Gold, followed by Silver then the Black bands and stripes etc. After that, all that dirty work. All that trouble to make it clean and blemish free then make it appear like its been in a war lol.
