    Skydiver 6 foot new build.

As some of you may know I have just built a Stand alone Sky1, After much consideration I have decided to build the rest of it, I will have to build a new Sky1 as I want to leave the stand alone one as it is. I started the new one and this is how it stands.

As it turned out I couldn't be bothered with waiting for the tubes and engines so with careful measuring I started on the interface, As with all big projects they all start with a small step and this is no different. The front interface will be a complete part with top and bottom so there is no ambiguity about size spacing etc. The rest of the sub body will be a top and a bottom hull with a stern end part. Pretty much like the 5 footer.

Beautiful! I should box up my Skydiver and send it to you. Youd probably have it done on a Sunday afternoon.

Cool! So whats the plan? Is this going to be the plug for a GRP mold or are you making the diver out of wood?

Cheers, Plan is....This is just the framework which will be clad with Plastic sheet/pipes etc and then a mold taken so I can do a fibre glass one. Same as the 5 foot one really.
