Today I did the fins and the conning tower, all need finishing off. tommorow I will do the periscope head and might start on the dreaded ratemaster.

That translucent 'ratemaster' looks like an old style glass door-knob.

Didn't they use an old tap knob for the ratemaster on the original?

I would guess that Mamas will have to make a custom master as the scale is different.

That was my understanding, but as you say mines a different scale so I'm on my own, lol. Its just one big pipe with lots of smaller ones around it, How hard can it be?

Yesterday and today Added a feature that I thought would be nice, I made it so the cabin section Sits inside a recess. Much like the old Wave Stingray kit.

Today I did the ratemaster, One big tube with 16 smaller ones around it cut down and angled a bit. heres were I am with it.
