    So that is how a flange is added! How do you get a nice sharp edge and not make it too thick and lumpy?
    If you can cut, drill, saw, hit things and swear a lot, you're well on the way to building a working model sub.

        The horizontal flanges are formed by the thickened epoxy laminating resin, screeded in place with the 'finger'. All done in one, quick, operation.
