Saw this AGSS-555 Dolphin in Sub Meier's Instagram post about the recent Subfest.

Any info about this boat?

That is a 1:96 scale version of the Dolphin that I am working on withSVilling . In the picture the soldering iron is out so I must of still been working on the wiring. After some ballasting in the Airbnb kitchen sink it did get some sailing time in on Saturday. There are several issues that need to be addressed, which I can hopefully get to before the Carmel fun run.

I'll start a build thread to give more of the details. I'm travelling right now, so it will be a week or so before I can get some pictures taken.

Got some info about the type XXIII
Ran her today without the ADF, running low speed no problems, higher speeds works also, but the too late correcting factor is a issue, once she breaks the surface airpockets become a problem.
Static CG is right in the middle of the tower, added weight around 500 gram, rear and front diveplanes work together on the same channel, no depthkeeper present.

It's a private group. You have to be a member.

If you want to share the images beyond the restrictions of facebook, then I would say the simplest way to upload your images to google drive and then post a public link tot the location.
