I got a little bit of work done with her.
Here you can see the strips of plastic that I cut to be used to make the hatch hold down system.

The edge of the hatch. You can see where I have used the drum attachment for the Dremel to cut down and smooth out the edge for a uniform thickness. Here you can see the slots I am in the process of cutting in to help her to sink. Also the Chevrolet shaped area I have scribbed in.

David Sisson is simply an amazing fellow. Has done a lot of Anderson vehicle re-creation work. A true Craftsman. As is Bowers.

These pictures that I previously posted seemed a little too dark to get a good view of the sub so I ran it through Microsoft picture manager and brightened them up a bit. Looks a lot better. Can you imagine how hard it is to drive this thing in and out of this little cave without bumping the wings of Sky off the walls! Probably just as hard as redocking Sky with the diver section after a blastoff! Blimy! Bloody good show governor.
