M - can't see the attachment but I now realise that I have to move the control horns. Peter: grinder at the ready - not stupid at all.

ID:	110848 Got a bit carried away with the X-tail thingamy. This is the final version which, I am pleased to say, works. Along the way I learned about ojives, arcs and friction. Not very happy with the spring loaded ball joints which seem to be adding quite a lot of resistance to the whole set up. Unfortunately I could only fine two of the simpler snap on type. Now its back to the bat tub.

Thanks Mate. I got the diagram - figured it out eventually.

Ha ha. Yes it does. Maybe they had some spare nose cones left over. Working on the periscopes today. The tallest one looks like a lava lamp on a stick.Click image for larger version

Last of the pretty photographs. The next lot will be post weathering, although all of the photographs that I have of these boats show them looking quite priastine. Perhaps a light touch is called for.Click image for larger version

"Priastine"???? I don't like auto correct very much but when it changes a correctly spelled word like "pristine" to priastine, I really have to wonder!
