Oh Mighty HWSNBN may I know the specs of the snort pumps you're using in your 2"-3" SD. I'm trying to locate a similary spec'ed pump online locally (shipped from China). In the past I use to see the same small pumps with square motor housings but nowadays they all come with 6v 0.25A 370 motors.

Just google or eBay ‘Koge air pumps’ you’ll find lots of choice. Btw, 3 volt pumps work fine on 6 volts in my experience.

Thanks subculture. Found some 3v mini pumps. Take note that most lipo used on small boats packs 7.2v. Wouldn't these motors burn out fast?

Unlikely. The pumps are lightly loaded so the motors don't draw much current.
