I believe it is a Whiskey long bin from the starboard aft quarter. Can tell by the rails along the tower half way up. Looks like an iceberg. Thats probablly the steam hose crew on the other boat. They have to chop a hole in the ice to get to the crews hatch
That is a tough one for me. It seems to be a memorial or museum boat. If I was to guess, I'd say American because it appears to have a sodium lamp (kind used to illuminate flag poles)pointed at what I'm guessing to be a shadow of an American Flag. USS Growler Grayback Class
Well Mr. Sublime. It doesnt seem to be too tough for you. Yes, it was moored next to the Intrepid in New York city, when I was there in 2003. I assume that it is still there.
