Look at the sloping sides of the hull and ask yourself: Where have I seen you before?

I think it was Martyn Hartshorn who did the master work. I know Darrin constructed the master for the metal A-frames and I think he did some of the extra details to enhance the boat which are now included with the standard kit.

Here's a proper boat, HMS Sibyl, with visible tubes. You can see this will bite! It's got holes and vents and a conning tower too! Ha! Ha! Ha!

No, It's a Resolution class alright. Bow planes have probably been removed as part of refurbishment. No way it could be a Trafalgar, bow shape all wrong, sail is fatter and more squat than Trafalgar class and set further back from the bow etc.

AFAIK, all four of the class are now laid-up at Rosyth. You can see them all in the attached picture, sans bow planes with HMS Swiftsure, Dreadnought and Churchill in the background. Perhaps this is part of maintenance work to keep the hull intact.

I Spy a British Boat that is a mystery. When I saw it and its missile deck I thought Resolution class..............But where are the bow planes. Look at the sail. It looks like a Trafalgar. The picture is also a recent one but gives no clue as to the boat ID. Looks like they took a Trafalgar and added a missile deck on her. What do you think???
