Fortunately I have some of the 1/72 version. (Currently in my Oscar). I did ask M about the 1/96 version but he said that he wasn't entirly happy with it - such a perfectionist.Comment

They are/were beautiful!
The torpedo launcher and torpedoes, really speaks to the skills of David. It is funny how certain things move me. Owning a set of these is like owning a painting from a famous artist, imho. The same goes for the Sub-Driver. It really is a work of a craftsman (I avoided the term artist for the tongue lashing David would have given me - See I do, sorta, learn!)Comment

That thing looks like a midget Delta class SSBN.
Reminds me of those egg planes or Super Deformed Gundam kits.Last edited by redboat219; 05-25-2016, 04:16 AM.Make it simple, make strong, make it work!Comment

Hahaha, let's go!
I have seen Mike Dory's system, but not Ron Perrott's. David's system is refined.
Moving on to your sub, it came out really nice. The hatches and storage on the deck, are you planning to put inserts in there or brass etchings? I guess I am asking, what are your plans to finish the deck?If you can cut, drill, saw, hit things and swear a lot, you're well on the way to building a working model sub.Comment

OK, Hardrock, you're killing me. Who do I have to blow to get a hull-kit from you. I would prefer a hostage exchange ... what do I have that you want? I simply must have one of these little critters.
