Tomorrow I finish up the primers and sanding. Most likely start the final color finish on Thursday, install the electronics on Friday and total finish over the week-end! This was a fun project, and it did get me off Subs for awhile, but I am looking forward to my first fully loaded Submarine build. Skipjack!

Once you get a diver under your belt you will be a pro. I too have been working on a "target". 1/72 Fletcher. Not 3D printed so my printer can churn out the next sub. Almost finished with weathering.

I put the boat to water today, and it performed great! Looked good in the water, and was able to do full right and left hand turns without touching the sides of the pool. Full power was way to much for my pool! This boat is FAST to say the least!!

Project complete, and when I can figure out how to upload a video of it running in the pool I will post it up! This boat is 100% PLA 3D printer, 116 pieces went into the build! Thank you for your interest!

        Over and out!!

Thank you very much Steve! I really had fun building this boat from scratch! And it gave me a little time to pull back from Sub building! Now I will clean up my building area, take a couple of days away from building and get my mind set on my 1:72 Scale Moebius Skipjack!! I most likely will start my own build blog and that way as I have questions (and I am sure I will) It will make it easier for me to follow!

Steve! I do not have a YouTube channel, but I will be looking into getting that together for sure!

Steve, I really appreciated you taking interest in my Sub Chaser build!! Thank you!!

Posting videos here is very easy if you first upload to YouTube. Then you just simply copy and past the YouTube link with the video icon here which is found by clicking the underscored A>three dots>film strip looking icon next to the photo icon.
