The box (three kits) went off to Caswell for distribution (you're one of 'em) to the customers. That was about a week ago, so should not be too long now. There was a delay on my end as I worked with the good Caswell people to get my purchase-orders and Invoices straightened out. Sorry about that, HardRock.

Its a Kashalot (NATO designation "Uniform"). Atom powered, deep recovery sub. Its such a strange little thing that I decided to make it myself - no chance of every finding one for sale in a scale that will take an SD. I'm going to make a one-off glass hull and make it run. Dave's "Mike" build inspired me to have a go at it.Comment

So its made out of wood? Or is that just the tailcone? Man it really looks like you got something there. Please continue, ALL AHEAD FLANK!IT TAKES GREAT INTELLIGENCE TO FAKE SUCH STUPIDITY!Comment

That is really cool! It is unique enough that several people would like it! Are you sure you do not want to pull a couple or three of these?
If you can cut, drill, saw, hit things and swear a lot, you're well on the way to building a working model sub.Comment

Geeezzzz Louise! I'm making this up as I go. The tail cone and the nose are pine wood (because NOBODY here sells Renshape) and the body is an old fly rod tube. appendages are sheet balsa wood sanded to shape.
Today's labour. Its almost ready for the mold - I just have to figure out how to do that.
Hull bottom.
