    FrSky Tandem Dual Frequency Transmitters

Would this System technically work using 2.4Ghz alone when sub is submerged? I would need to depend on the RX antenna protruding above the water when sub is submerged. Is there a way to extend the 2.4Ghz with RG178? Do the RX's have IPEX connectors? Just been on my mind, hope this makes sense? I would like to employ this system for it's many capabilities.

Yes, but that's not a tandem receiver

Instead of an ipex connector how about installing a male- female connector on the tip existing antennae?

Would also make servicing the wtc easier.
