I would suggest giving George Sitek a email at GT Sitek props in UK give him your specs (Prop dia, Boss shape, no of blades (7),shaft Thread size you want eg M5, etc) he does superb Brass work at a reasonable price. I got the props (and Aluminum rudders) for my USS California CGN36 made by him from a photo...

Back on this. The fiberglass parts are done. I had to make some slight changes to the missile deck to make it narrower and ride higher but it worked out well. I also got the stern surfaces and fairwater planes installed. Next up I need to design and 3D print some spacer rings for the hull. So far it is lookingpretty decent.
