Is that last photo a November or a 'Mo-vember'?....

Yes. I should have made that clear.

(and like the Type-21 grand-daddy of this design I see that the two shafts will put the intersection of their thrust lines behind the boats center of gravity. Damn!)
      Who is John Galt?

Morning. David I am happy you liked the stern drawing. I will dig after more material. I have no more drawings, however.

. my first pictue was too big. This one is more convenient.
                  You might have this one.

A comment. It seems that K-3 that was (if I am correct) retrofitted with the "balcony" type sonar got a smaller one than later boats.
                  Can anyone comment on that?

Think you are right foil-section is not symmetrical.......think the bottom is flatter.......does that make sence?

From the 4 others I adjusted te brightness and contrast to light up the contours.

Don't know where you guys dig up these photos. I always have a hard time finding good up close photos. What I really need if any of you have are up close deck photos for a Echo II. Going to do that one soon.

Bart you the man. Those are Echo II pics. Those are exactly that I need. Got some nice Russian Echo II drawings a Russian sent to me. They are good but where hard to make out the details on. The pics answer my questions. I know I am going to here the guys in here grumble but I just feel the need for a 1/72 Echo II. I will do a split mold so there will be a front and rear hull. Plus guys like hardrock/Terry won't have to pay $600.00 for shipping to down under.

Good to hear. And Bart, Gantu and the crew keep coming up with cherry stuff from which to work. Good stuff guys -- and your good sleuthing is most appreciated.

Well .... two of the HEN's are covered!

Dude; don't make me come up there. If you do it in 1/96 there will be no need for a split mould. When will come out of the darkness? 1/96 - you know it's right.
