Video's from the type VII scale 1:35

This vid shows how I've built up the flakzwilling AA guns of my type VII, both guns still can be taken apart for maintenance or replacing parts.

If you guys have more requests about the type VII vids, just let me know, if needed i can post more.

    Manfred,

i dont have have any specific requests, but I'm in the middle of an OTW Type VII. I'd love to see any other vids that you have, perhaps particularly about final trimming?

    Thanks for the offer!

Ah a OTW, nice sub with lots of details, even bigger in length as mine, the only vids about trimming i have is when testing my balance-device for the torps, no actual footage about trimming the boat, much too busy to get it right.
You know what, i'll post all the vids i have about the type VII, no matter which part i was working on, i suppose it's better to group them here instead scattered on Youtube

This one is a oldy, one of the first i posted on the Tube, i was a bit shy at that period, so no comment.

Can't wait to see more. More stuff for me to steal! Love the anchor and snorkel mast action. This is top-of-the-line stuff, Manfred. And makes us appreciate the HD quality cameras out there now as well.

Amazing, Manfred. You have reset the bar once again. I needed some motivation to get back to work on my boats.

Wow, large letters!!!, forgotten your glasses David?
To please the mechanical mind of you, i'll have this one, it shows what is needed to get the working shutters, it's all the same principal for all four front doors, the single rear one has a other mechanic solution.

And that is why I call you Manfred the Maniac!
If you can cut, drill, saw, hit things and swear a lot, you're well on the way to building a working model sub.

OK, thats humbling. The only thing that boat needs now, is articulated figgures running around the decks, and guns that shoot. I recomend you for the Lillyputian Medal of Merrit Award. "Gulliver" should be your Call sign around here.

Manfred, is that the same type VII that has the R/C and working torpedos? If so, it has a magnificent display stand with accurtiments. I intend on making a dioramma stand for one of my static 1/72 type IXs, They dont take up as much room in my bunker, and I dont have to worry about repairs unless my wife is mad at me, when she dusts.

Yes Von, the very same type VII, building a diorama stand for 1:72 is a extra addition, roam the net and you'll find some nice examples.
