SubTech SES-II old school switch wanted.

    ALCON.

Looking for several old School SubTech SES-II switches.

The Off-On-Off w/Failsaif beauties that resided in Skip's well known inch square boxes.

If you don't know what I'm talking about, this thread is not for you.

If you do and they're residing in a box somewhere in your shop or attic with the hope they'll be used someday (but you and I know that won't happen), give me a PM to discuss relieving you of such quaint, antique, objects.

Need them for a project and will save me the hassle of cobbling something together from an Arduino Beetle and Mosfets.

Thank you for your attention to this matter!

If you draw a blank, these are currently available

The Pololu RC switches make it easy to turn devices on and off with a standard hobby radio control (RC) system. Several versions are available, ranging from one with a simple digital output to modules with integrated MOSFETs, relays, or multiplexers.

Check your email, I have one but if you need several in one spot, you may be better off with an Arduino and 8 channel relay board.

Try an outfit known as Jomar? They made switches as you need/want. I got mine from Smiling Mike back years ago , after the SES II's where no longer available. Works just like the SES II. Bright yellow plastic case, a little bigger than Skip's boxes. Good luck!

          Andy, Steve, COB.....

          Thank you ALL for responding!

I decided to go with the Arduino Beetle an a couple of N-Channel Mosfets. Price, understanding the nuts and bolts level of my builds, learning, and the satisfaction of doing it, coupled with self reliance prompted the decision.

Look at it as something "Sub" Ed can scratch build lol.

Google Gemini not only provided the path, but supplied a Parts List, Schematic, even the Arduino Program. They're programing themselves! :^O

I for one will welcome our robotic overlords, they can't do no more harm to this world than we did.

I'll drop the results and build information when tested and operational for others who like to tinker at this level.

When the reason I'm doing this comes to be, I'll share that too.
