ID:	98239 Vladimir was concerned that the Oscar matrix had deteriorated and caused a warp in the hull. I have to say that I can't find it. It all went together very well from my perspective. The hull is 3mm thick, very sturdy and beautifully scribed. Vladimir also gives good mast (just saying')

Anyway its not my fault. My son, the commercial helicopter pilot, (and general idiot) has stolen the magic lead that connects my camera to the computer. He's off in far north Australia flying survey runs at dot feet. If he survives I'll get it back.
My camera-to-USB port cable went soure months ago. Simply pull the card out of the camera and stick into the CPU. There!

      You people!

Hardrock.......looking good. I dont know if you read thru my Builders Thread on mine but I had several sticky problems with mine.
        (1) The rear tail cone shape did not match the rest at the joint. I had to drill holes and put threaded rods thru at a 45 degree angle and tighten them up to adjust its shape and apply reinforcing to hold it.
        (2) Because of that, you will have a gap in the longitudinal seam that will have to be filled.
Of course its possible that he has fixed these problems. But, the end result is worth the effort in my opinion. She is impressive on land and in the water. Very realistic.
IT TAKES GREAT INTELLIGENCE TO FAKE SUCH STUPIDITY!

I did read through your build posts with great interest. It looks like my hull is more rigid than yours and it certainly fits together quite well. I've just glassed the rear upper and lower hull portions together and reinforced them with glass tape. All in all they seem to be quite will aligned and the gaps are minimal. O.K., the card does not go into the CPU, but into a SD slot (You people!)[Yes I am being a smart *$$]. However that being said, I have some extra cables. If you can get me a picture or find one on the internet or give me the model of camera, I can see if I can gather one for you.

            Peace,
            Tom
If you can cut, drill, saw, hit things and swear a lot, you're well on the way to building a working model sub.

OK> Here's my next little problem. I drilled and tapped the brass props so that I could fit a grub screw to mechanicaly fix them to the shafts. Standard M3 tap in a 2.5mm hole BUT the SS grub screws bind about half way in. An M3 bolt screws in without trouble. ?????Click image for larger version

Thanks Mate. No need to trouble yourself. I've spoken with the delinquent and I have a plan. Apparently I need a mini HDMI something cable (and did I mention that only need it because HE flogged mine). Anyway, I'm off to see the electronics shop guy tomorrow to pick one up. PS my computer has no SD slot - I'm effectively slotless!

Well, you idiot, there's your problem: A Sub-driver won't fit the CPU. Wow! I just can't do anything with you people!
