Basic Guidelines for Converting the Bronco 1/35 Type XXIII to RC

My next project after the Type IXc conversion. Already have an idea on how to make the waterline cut, everything after that looks to be pretty straightforward.

Can someone give the basic steps or sequence with their conversion process, like which need to be cut first before gluing or glued before cutting etc.
