    Dive module bulkhead material

Opinions regarding using this material for dive module bulkheads? I would use 1" thickness.

What material are you looking at? Should there be an attachment?

1" thickness? What are you building? I can see the end caps being that thick, but bulkheads are not needing to be that strong in most cases.
As far as material, resin, plastic, metal, fiberglass, and many 3D printed materials are used.
If you can cut, drill, saw, hit things and swear a lot, you're well on the way to building a working model sub.

Regarding thickness. The 1" is primarily for the end caps, but I will have enough for the bulkheads too.

This came from the actual site you posted
                • Keep in mind, PVC board is not particularly strong on its own, so it will need a base or support system to prevent bending or breaking.
Make it simple, make strong, make it work!

I've started 3d printing my own end caps. Tube is 1/16 Pollycarbonate, and the endcaps are printed using clear blue elegoo resin. They were modeled in solidworks using the o-ring groove tool. Each print takes about an hour and a half.
