Ballast Bulkhead Servo Control Rod Seal

At the risk of ridicule, how does one replace this seal as mine has a tiny leak depicted by small air bubbles when the valve is opened or closed. It does not leak in nuetral position.

Is the leak around the pushrod or around the seal body?
