    Lover's Deep..Luxury Charter Submarine

I am not sure what flag they fly under, but does it matter? For about $200,000 a day per person you can charter this sub who's specializes in its guests joining the "mile deep club"

Is this for real or a sales put-on?

Damn! How did I miss this. I've seen ship-builders talking this stuff up for at least a decade, but no buyers I ever heard of. Neat! So, they've gone from high-end trade-shows to the real deal? Wow! Gotta be a Saudi owner.

Some of those (if not all) look to be computer rendered or photoshopped. Would you post a link that shows more about this?
If you can cut, drill, saw, hit things and swear a lot, you're well on the way to building a working model sub.

I'm skeptical.. Feels like a Photoshop-fest to me, but hey... could be wrong!

There are quite a few articles about this charter sub:

Looked at the links, did a google search, and since February 2014 they have advertised this. The funny thing is all the photos are the same and no photos by customers or of ocean views. The Oliverstravel site does not list it. It looks more like a bait trap to drive people to their site. All the articles show the same photos. Not to even go to the issue of big windows deep underwater.

Tom-check the picture at the dock(appears to be the only real one) the windows are round pressure type. The renderings have what I think might be video screens (possibly to give the feeling of spaciousness. If you go to any of he xtreme high end vacation/charter you'll find it to be held very close to the vest. For instance there are/were very few pictures of the facilities at Branson's Necker Island..or the other charter subs on the net..Its usually by background check and private correspondence. Heck we went to Cap Cana in the DR with a friend who wanted to buy a villa and there was a financials check before we could see it.

If you are willing to pay $200000 then 50 ft down would seem like a mile to you.
