Help with Universal Small Benchtop Various Scale Torpedo Working Jig

    Hello
Not sure I listed the title clearly enough.
I would like to build a Cheap, portable, Small bench top fixture that can be used to finish various scale 3D printed torpedo bodies. 3D printing often leaves a slightly rough outer surface due to the printer setup. I would like to know IF a design is possible to: electric power the main part that holds the torpedo body so that it can turn the body while user sands the torpedo body to desired finish. Also be able to use the other end of the fixture to drill out the mini exhaust tube of 1/72 torpedos like Mr. Merriman does. Was thinking something like a mini lathe BUT can`t justify the cost for this. Would rather build from wood and electrical parts. There would be No chisel lathe work so NOT sure if a high torque motor is needed.

Any suggestions with drawings would be appreciated. Specs for parts if you can also.

    Thanks

There was more, but at some point, I have to drag my fat ass out of the office chair and get back to the shop.
