    Chinese Song Class.
Kilos are reloaded the same way I believe.

As you can see, they're using scaled up version of David's launcher.

      Kilo:

Not such a bad way to load IMO. Seems like it would be fast.

Interesting how the doors fold out.

Indeed! No down-haul cables, loading fixtures, preventer snubbers, etc. Just slide the weapon into the tube, and from there into the skids.

Just as long as you're in harbor where you're free from swells and such wave action. But, this operation is also performed with boats where all the tubes are below the surfaced waterline:

A real ***** were those u/w stern tubes on the SKATE class, you needed Diver's in the water to get those fish into the boat. And the boat TM's had to give the weapon a good fresh-water douche once in the room. I was trained for it, but never had to do it (thank God!).

          David,
          Who is John Galt?

Where does the orange loading attaches to, the docks or bow?

It attaches to the bow on the Kilo. There is a hatch in between the top torp tubes. You can see it open in that picture
