Hello

I have a submarine with it`s appendages BUT the planes and rudders don`t have shafts in them from the maker. What I would like to know is what is the typical size of brass rod used in the planes and rudders so that I can drill the planes and rudders and glue in the shafts?

It`s an Old 1/96 Alfa from Scale shipyard. BUT what does the history have to do with the size of plane/rudder shaft to use? I don`t know so I ask that here.

George. All the shafts are 1/16 (approx 1.5mm) with the exception of the bottom, full flying rudder shaft which is 1/8 (approx 3mm).
