Mr. M did the kit come with plans? I do have a set of plans for an 877 if you need them, I also have some good drydock reference shots if required.

No. Sorry for the confusion, Mark. The model pictured with the many stator blades is the OTW 1/100 VANGUARD I assembled for a customer -- I manufactured a new sail, control surfaces and pump-jet. Those enhancements were reduced to tooling I sent to OTW to up-grade their kit. Pushy *******, ain't I?!

The pictures presented only to further demonstrate the use of metal straps to hold parts till they can be permanently bonded in place.

Nooooo, I will not convert to the ALROSA. You nut! I'm assembling these kits stock (other than making a proper propeller). No, Caswell, as far as I know is not marketing these kits. But, to be sure, check with Mike directly on that, Mark.

I have one of these kits available in Sydney if Mr C is out of stock. Purchased it two years ago and I don't look close to getting it done (wrong scale for me as well). At cost plus postage.

Do you think ARKMODEL is a reliable supplier? Cause some people (not me; I've lerarned a little) have had the same bad experience with him with than with Mr. Palumbo.

ID:	97790 I already made a Project-636 propeller in 1/144 for the TRUMPTER kit. Now I gotta do it again for Feng's kit. Grrrrr!

Oh .... WOW! that stuff is GOLD! Great finds -- I'll be working up the 1/72 Project-636 propeller master soon and these shots will help a great deal as I refine blade shape. And those Zincs! Neat!

                            Thanks, pal. Good stuff.

Interesting view of the vortex attenuator. 2 plates intersecting at right angles on the tip of the dunce cap.
