Can someone configure the forum, that new users are not allowed to post more than 1 new topic per day or something down that alley? These spam bots are a nightmare.. Or a better authentification?

Is Bob the only admin? He might not be on his sight often enough to see these. Maybe he can assign rights to someone that is on here more frequently to clear this BS out?

Yes Bob is busy. He is aware of problem but probably isn't aware of this latest wrinkle they are getting bigger and worse. The server co. for this website isn't aware or is not able to block this latest jamming. Bobs running his business and caring for his family, I am sure he cares about this website too. Give it some time. I will send him a short text. such a hassle. I don't want to be limited to one post a day, that's surrendering to these Saudi Russian Chinese Romanian Indian whoever's.

Exactly on all accounts above, gents. I'll just have to make a point to log in more often and kill these guys. Fortunately it's all one poster and one cleaning takes care of all of the posts they make.

I hesitate to create rules that will take care of the spam, but negatively impact legitimate users. Hopefully they'll just get tired and move on. These aren't posts by bots. It's likely some guy in India manually creating accounts and manually posting.

Perhaps a more robust registration process will take care of it. I'll look into it.
