Never did this Bill. I saw on another forum someone use a tissue type paper and glue, maybe something like Titebond III. They also used it for the canvas...

I went with this one 10 years ago. Never used it until recently after going on an accessory splurge. Can't do much without the proper tooling.

Have a lathe? Chuck it up and you can bore a smaller one out to a larger size and go from metric to imperial.
We are talking about lathes...
