There's a rumor going around that someone may have stepped up to cover SUBFEST 2024 facility fees, which are one of the biggest costs of the event. If that's the case, I can't see why we wouldn't have it there once again.

That said, we are looking into an event here in Texas, likely in the winter to allow us to take advantage of the mild weather here. We have a few venues lined up as potential sites.

do you anticipate a regatta in Georgia for 2024? If it going to be in Texas, for God sake, make it in late October.

Clearly Bob needs a ranking partner by his side to keep track of such things during the event; while bob is doing the administration of qualifications, races, course events, and all-round-damage-control, his 'administrator' would be seeing to it that things like group photos, frequency control, and the like take place in an orderly manner.

Techy garb...... David's video is in avi format. My Mac does not read avi. I'm using a Windows PC to convert the avi files to mp4, then I can edit them on my Mac. Hopefully I get his video done today.
