Usually a depth controller will be routed solely to the front planes on a separate channel, with the pitch controller routed to the rear planes.operating either automatically or with optional manual override.

Pics and video are coming. There is a lot to get to me, a lot to go through, and we're all doing the best we can. Be patient guys! The wait will be worth it.

I agree. However, the instructions indicated that the pitch controller was to be plugged into the depth controller which was confusing. The pitch controller had two inputs for bow and stern planes and two outputs with one being used only temporarily for sensitivity adjustment. The pitch controller just had one input and one output. The bow servo could be plugged into the pitch controller and the pitch controller powered to run automatically but I am not sure there is a spare channel to operate it manually. David has the boat now and could easily change that around and experiment with it.

I left home without my dongles to connect my camera & camcorder to my computer. I'm in NC this week. Ordered new dongles from Amazon and shipped to the Air BNB I'm at. The Air BnB has no mailbox so had to run to the PO to get my dongles. Here are all the pics I have from my camera and Carol's iPhone. They were resized to make the files smaller for viewing. If you get an error previewing the pic, give it time to retry.

I have video which I have not even looked at yet. It takes time to edit the video.

Bob, I'll send you my video and pics on USB stick when I get home this weekend. Files are too large to send via email or upload.

Thanks, Ken. Sounds like a real hassle to get these pictures on line. The effort is most appreciated. Loved 'em. Well done, sir. So good seeing you two again. Here's to next year! I hope to have some torpedo shoots working by then.

Video! I removed the parts where I was recording the ground (didn't pause while moving around). This is all my video, no subsurface video here. Did not edit it down to respectable time so enjoy all 42 minutes of it. Grab a cup of coffee or beer and enjoy. Need to get myself a steadycam device to get stable video.

Will send all I have off to Bob this weekend.

If you can cut, drill, saw, hit things and swear a lot, you're well on the way to building a working model sub.
