Ok, after 5 years in this hobby where my builds did well this, my second Type XXIII is damn near perfect. I am still learning to run it in my pool which is challenging but the use of a Depth Controller and a Pitch Controller has made a huge difference! Depth Controller for Bow Planes on right Stick, Pitch Controller for Stern Planes on right Dial. Using a lengthened R&R Cylinder and a FrSky Transmitter. I may take some time off from builds now. No video yet, in the early stages of learning to use the DC in a relatively small area since it's in my pool. No pitching issues at this point.

I finished the Nautilus, trimmed and ran it, but I was not happy with it. Scaling it down to 42" caused major issues with thin walls.

When is Nautilus going to hit the water?

TYPE IX REVELL 1:72, priming done, deck and gun hold down magnets installed. 3D designed rudder, dive planes, drive shafts and bow plane supports stronger than the kit supplied parts. Ready to paint or trim first, not sure how I want to proceed.

Finished fabricated rudder support for strength and ability to easily replace. Working on driveshafts, and ridders.
